Cancellation Policy

Life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price. No shows or cancellations made after the appointment time are also subject to this fee. Your understanding and cooperation is truly appreciated.
