Cancellation Policy

Life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointments will forfeit their deposit of the scheduled service price. No shows or cancellations made after the appointment time are also subject to this fee. Your understanding and cooperation is truly appreciated.
